Pang-kok, Eng-gí kóng state(su-tè-toh), sī siā-hōe ê chèng-tī cho͘-chit, he̍k-chiá sī chèng-tī thé-chè, nā khah e̍h ê ì-sù, sī kóng chèng-hú ê ki-koan. Pang-kok sī lâng kiat-siā chi̍t khoán, ū khí-chō tiat-sū kap an-choân ê bo̍k-tek; ēng hoat-lu̍t kap chip-hoat ê ki-koan chò chhiú-tōaⁿ; ū koán-ha̍t ê tē-lí pian-kài; koh ū i-ê chú-khoân.
